We are so looking forward to opening tomorrow (Wednesday 2nd December), welcoming you all back and we do so in full festive swing
Because of tier 2, things are going to be slightly different, but we are determined to make it great!
Unfortunately, you are unable to meet friends or mix households inside the pub.
As we had to close our doors again for lockdown 2.0, we would like to take this opportunity to express how grateful we are for your support since re-opening. Look after yourselves and we look forward to seeing you again soon hopefully on or after the 3rd December! Please use our #NotForProfit #TakeAway and book your table for a Christmas celebration The Silver Plough Team x

The Silver Plough Charitable Trust is starting a Community Take Away service with a LIMITED MENU to Start, on Thursday 5th November, all in aid of the Salisbury District Hospital’s Charity – the Stars Appeal
This Take Away service is a NOT FOR PROFIT service and will run from the Silver Plough on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. All surplus funds will be used to support the #NHS.
Arnie Cottrell and Rick Foot shall be doing their first gig since lockdown on Saturday, August 29th at the Silver Plough, Pitton (near Porton Down) starting at 6.00 p.m. and finishing at 9.00 p.m. Graham can’t make it, but we have been fortunate to be able to convince Matt Tarling, a great fiddle player and friend, to be a Tendency for the evening. There will be social distancing and it will be outside. It would be great to see people there but we understand any reticence caused by Covid-19
